We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewellery, and your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the return conditions outlined below. Returned items must be in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition and must include all accompanying materials such as certificates, packaging, and warranty documentation. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration—including resizing, engraving, or repair performed by a jeweller other than our authorised service team—cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom-made or personalised jewellery, special orders, clearance items, and pieces that have been modified after purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Processing times may take up to 7–14 business days. If a laboratory grading certificate (such as GIA or IGI) is missing or damaged, a certificate replacement fee may be deducted from the refund.

We offer free return shipping within Australia when using our approved prepaid return label. International returns, however, are not eligible for free return shipping, and the customer will be responsible for all associated costs including shipping, insurance, customs, and duties. Items returned outside the 30-day window, without prior approval, improperly packaged, or without adequate insurance may be refused.

Loose diamonds must be returned with their original laboratory certificate. Failure to include this document may result in additional fees. In addition, certain ring styles—including eternity bands, tension settings, and full pavé designs—cannot be resized due to their structure. For this reason, we recommend confirming your ring size before placing an order. If you need help determining the correct size, our customer care team is happy to assist.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery so we can assist with a replacement, repair, or refund.
